Since 1993, Macfadden has aided the Office of the Coordinator of U.S. Assistance for Europe and Eurasia (EUR/ACE), U.S. Department of State in assisting governments in transition, managing humanitarian assistance and shaping public policy for governments in transition and enabling economic development. Through our work with the DOS, Macfadden has helped EUR/ACE become a model of efficiency in the U.S. government, with a ten to one ratio of delivered commodity value to operational costs. While helping relieve suffering in isolated populations throughout Eurasia, more than $162 million in assistance has been delivered through this program.
