Macfadden Awarded Follow-on Contract to Continue Supporting the U.S. Coast Guard’s Security Center

Macfadden announced today it was awarded a prime contract to provide Personnel Security Production Support Services to the U.S. Coast Guard Security Center (SECCEN) located in Chesapeake, Virginia. As the incumbent contractor, Macfadden has successfully provided these services at SECCEN since 2007.
Under this follow-on contract, Macfadden will continue to support the operation of the Electronic Fingerprint Transaction System (EFTS) and the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (eQIP) tool to support SECCEN at every step of the personnel security process. Macfadden will also provide data analysis and cost/production metrics reporting to establish, manage and forecast future SECCEN resource requirements and will maintain the privately owned Vehicle Decal and Personnel Suitability Program and provide technical writing services. As part of the new contract award, Macfadden will expand its contract scope and begin providing logistical support for the Command Security Officer (CSO) certification courses held at SECCEN.
