About Macfadden
Delivering Results. Exceeding Expectations.

At Macfadden, our approach is all about putting the customer first. As we like to say, "...it’s not about us, it’s about you." Our long-standing commitment to making our customers look good while providing them with a greater degree of flexibility and collaboration than they have come to expect from our competitors is what has set us apart. This hard-earned reputation for delivering results and exceeding expectations is what has fueled our growth over the past two decades. From our humble beginnings in 1986 as a start-up 8(a) disadvantaged small business, today we are a thriving employee-owned company whose work is featured on the world stage for such customers as the U.S. Department of State, Peace Corps, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

For more than 20 years, Macfadden’s team of experts has provided effective disaster response management services, integrated information technology services, program management services and management consulting services to government agencies, corporations and other organizations.

In late 2006, Macfadden began the transition toward becoming a 100% employee-owned company. Now, when you work with a Macfadden team member you are working with an employee-owner. For our customers, this transformation means that our employee-owners have an even greater incentive to delight you.

But Macfadden’s commitment to our customers goes well beyond our employee-owners’ desire to grow the company - we’re also fueled by a passion to make a difference in the lives of others. When human factors are involved, Macfadden employee-owners have consistently delivered results well beyond our customers’ expectations.

Today, Macfadden provides services that enable our customers to more efficiently protect America’s food supply and bring medical breakthroughs to market sooner. We help our customers operate complex and at times overwhelming international relief efforts. We support our customer’s mission to help emerging democracies in Eastern Europe develop their economic infrastructures.

All of this means that when you work with a Macfadden employee-owner, you will be working with a competent, experienced and passionate person who cares deeply about your success. That’s what sets us apart and that’s what drives our daily commitment to our customers.

"With a business model committed to promoting global change, Macfadden is achieving its goals with clarity and focus, while applying technology and experience with a passion for helping others. We never forget that we’re people helping people, partnering closely with our clients in order to help them achieve their objectives."
