Macfadden Protégé Questionnaire
Macfadden is in the process of identifying and selecting a Small Business with whom to establish a mentor-protégé relationship under the USAID Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) Mentor-Protégé Program (for more information on the program please follow the link to http://www.usaid.gov/business/small_business/mpp.html).
Macfadden was founded in 1986 as a small disadvantaged business focused on providing program management and IT solutions to the federal government. At the 10-year mark, Macfadden graduated from the SBA 8 (a) program. Today, Macfadden has 200+ employees, $30+ million revenue, and Top Secret Facility Clearance with multiple client site operations worldwide, including our single-award, prime Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) at USAID’s Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) bureau.
We invite interested Small and Disadvantaged Businesses to complete the below questionnaire and submit it by February 17, 2012. Upon close review of the core functions and capabilities of your business, alignment with Macfadden corporate culture and domain expertise, and the nature of developmental assistance requested, we will make a determination if your small business and Macfadden are a good fit for mentor-protégé relationship. If your company is selected, Macfadden will contact the main point of contact designated on the form.
Thank you for your interest!

Macfadden continues to support emergency preparedness efforts as a part of USAID's Stamping Out Pandemic and Avian Influenza (STOP AI) team.
